1. League matches will be played on Thursdays starting promptly at 8:00 PM.
  2. A minimum of 6 players are required to enter a team to the league. All players need to be registered with both first name and last name on the Team registration sheet. No exceptions!
  3. New players need to be registered on the match sheet with both first name and last name. No exceptions! There is a maximum of two new players per team per mach.
  4. Each league match will consist of 6 singles and 3 doubles games:
    • Singles best of 3 legs starting straight-in from 501 and finishing on a double.
    • Doubles best of 3 legs starting straight-in from 501 and finishing on a double.
  5. Players can play only one single and one double per match.
  6. First to throw will be determined by one player from each side throwing one dart each at the bulls-eye, home side throwing first. When the score is 1-1 after two legs, the player that won the bulling before the game, will start the third and final leg as well.
  7. One league point will be scored for each leg won.
  8. Before the match each captain will select 6 players to play singles – the home captain will write these names on the left side of the score sheet then pass it, folded through the middle, to the opposing captain who will write in his 6 names on the right side.
  9. Before the doubles begin, each captain will select 6 players to play doubles. These will be written down in the same way as for the singles.
  10. The home side to provide a scorer for all of the 9 games.
  11. Home side to provide and record match sheet, which must be signed by both captains at the enf of the nig he and sent to Joe Whitby via the contact details provided on the scoresheet. This must be done before Sunday evening.
  12. Change of venue at any stage of the season must be approved by the committee.
  13. Players may transfer teams a maximum of once during a season, transfers must be notified to the committee at least two days prior to playing for the new team.
  14. In the event of a team having fewer than 6 players available, a 2-0 win will be awarded for each un-played game.
  15. A team must have a minimum of 4 players on the night, or the match is declared void, in which case the match will need to be rescheduled.
  16. Any match cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice must be re-arranged at a mutually convenient date within 2 weeks. The committee to be notified of cancelled match and revised date. Matches not played within those two weeks will be dealt with at the end of the season by the committee.
  17. Any resident of Moraira, Teulada, Benissa, Benitachell, Calpe or Javea may join the league.
  18. When both players require double-one, they will be allowed 12 darts each – failure to finish within those darts will result in a nearest-the-bull finish.
  19. Each landlord must have a new or fairly new dart board with good lighting at the beginning of the season. Eligible boards are:
    • Nodor Supamatch 2 (recommended)
    • Winmau Blade 4 / Blade 5
    • Unicorn Eclipse Pro / Pro 2 / Pro HD
  20. For scoring, computer supported scoring (laptop with software, connected to a tv for displaying) is required.
  21. For on screen scoring an appropriate program is distributed.
  22. Players who score 180 should have recorded it on the score-sheet in the column “180”. Any 180 not written down in at the right place is not valid in the rankings.
  23. To be eligible for playing Knockout Cup matches, players must have played half of the games come the halfway stage of the league.
  24. To be eligible for playing the Captain’s Cup, you need to be registered as Captain at the beginning of the season.
  25. When a captain sends a fake sheet, a sheet for a game that was not really played or when the signature of the other captain is imitated, the team will be penalized with 50 points. Does it happen in a Knockout Cup match, the other team is granted the win.
  26. Any disputes not covered by the above will be decided by the league committee.
